- Rustic design is characterized by visible wood grain,
authentic materials, and a simple, handmade look that avoids overly
polished finishes.
- Incorporating glass elements such as mercury or seeded glass can
help balance the heavy feel of rustic materials like wood and
metal.
- When choosing tile for a bathroom, consider using bold colors and
limiting the height to around 36 inches to avoid overwhelming the
space and to allow for easier future changes.
