- Consider wall-mounted cabinets or sliding panels to conceal your TV, and create other focal points in the room like interesting art or styled bookcases to draw attention away from it. 
- Use easy-to-navigate online tools like the Ashley Home Furniture Room Planner, Roomstyler, or Canva for creating floor plans and mood boards, or go old-school with a scale ruler for hand-rendered plans. 
- Before undertaking any renovations to sell your property, consult with a real estate agent and contractor to evaluate costs, potential returns, and whether a price reduction might be a more effective strategy.
