- You don't need to buy expensive double-wide curtain panels;
instead, purchase standard-sized panels and have them hemmed
together at a local dry cleaner for a more affordable solution.
- It's generally not worth the cost to reupholster a sofa unless it
has significant sentimental value or you can find a very affordable
upholsterer, as the expense often exceeds buying a new one.
- When accessorizing a coffee table, use odd numbers for visual
interest, incorporate a tray for functionality and organization,
and avoid overcrowding so there's still space for practical
use.
